Lawsuit calls for end of GenX discharges
WILMINGTON — An environmental group has filed a lawsuit asking the state to order Chemours to immediately halt all discharges of GenX.The Chapel Hill-based Southern Environmental Law Center filed the suit Friday in New Hanover County Superior Court, according to a news release.
