Japanese Emperor Akihito resting due to 'cerebral anemia'
TOKYO (Reuters) – Japanese Emperor Akihito has canceled his public duties after being diagnosed with dizziness and cerebral anemia, a condition of insufficient blood flow to the brain, a palace official said on Monday.
