He spent four hours Tuesday trying to break into an ATM. Then, wearing the same clothes as seen on surveillance video, he was seen by a bank employee.Fayetteville police arrested Preston Lee on Thursday, saying he was the man trying to break into the machine at Capital Bank on Ramsey Street, according to arrest documents in the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.
