Cape Fear High School to have new principal while Spruill recovers
Peggy Raymes is filling in for Cape Fear High School principal Lee Spruill while he recovers from surgery.Raymes, who retired in June 2016 after 19 years as principal at Margaret Willis Elementary School, will be interim principal at Cape Fear, according to Marvin Connelly Jr., superintendent of Cumberland County Schools.
