Cameron man charged with indecent liberties
LILLINGTON — A Cameron man is accused of touching a child inappropriately, according to an arrest report from the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office.James Edward Speagle, 56, of McKinney Lane, was charged Wednesday with taking indecent liberties with a child.The arrest warrant was issued July 1, the report said, but the date of the alleged offense was not given.No other information was available.Bail was set at $150,000.Nancy McCleary
