RAEFORD — Two men are accused of offering new iPhones for sale and then giving the unsuspecting customer a box of rocks, the Raeford Police Department said.Caleyal Roberson, 18, of Austin Street in Maxton, and Angelo Bethea, 19, of Laurinburg, were charged Monday with two counts each of obtaining property by false pretense, conspiracy, attempting to obtain property by false pretense and misdemeanor possession of marijuana, a police release said.The alleged offenses […]
