A Fayetteville woman is accused of using her cellphone to record video of a couple having sex in a hotel room, according to an arrest warrant in the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.Diamond Jade Smith, 18, of the 5000 block of Collins Street, was charged Thursday with disclosing private images involving an adult, possessing a photographic image secretly obtained and misdemeanor cyberstalking.Smith is believed to be an acquaintance of the woman who was recorded.On […]
