Update: I-95 in Cumberland County reopens after dump truck accident
FALCON — Interstate 95 was opened about three hours after an overturned dump truck forced the closure of the road between Exit 65 and Exit 61 near Godwin-Falcon Road, a state Highway Patrol spokesman said.First Sgt.
