Skibo Road near Cliffdale set to reopen Thursday
A section of Skibo Road that has been closed since Monday for work on rail crossings is set to reopen Thursday morning, the state Department of Transportation said.The road, also known as U.S. 401 Bypass, will reopen in both directions at 5 a.m., the state said in a news release.
