Sheriff's Office: Dunn man fires at officers, is shot by law enforcement
DUNN — A Dunn man was fired on by officers after he fired at them, the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.Two deputies and two Dunn police officers responded at 11:25 p.m. Friday to a domestic assault with weapons on the 300 block of Pope Road, the release said.Officers encountered the suspect, Trevor West, 27, of the 300 block of Pope Road, when they arrived at the residence.
