The North Carolina Supreme Court on Friday upheld the death sentence and conviction of Mario Andrette McNeill for the September 2009 murder of 5-year-old Shaniya Davis of Fayetteville.Shaniya’s murder was one of Fayetteville’s most notorious instances of human trafficking.
