Kitchen fire displaces 2 in Fayetteville
Two people were displaced from their home by a kitchen fire on Sunday afternoon, the Fayetteville Fire/Emergency Management Department reported.No one was reported injured.The fire was reported at 206 Hillsboro St. shortly before 4 p.m. Damage was confined to the kitchen.“The cause of the fire was determined to be unattended cooking,” a news release says.
