Jacksonville man accused of beating puppy to death
Jacksonville—A Jacksonville man accused of killing a puppy had his first appearance in court Friday morning. Keven Walters, 22, of Oakwood Court in Jacksonville, was charged Thursday by Onslow County Animal services with felony cruelty to animals.
