Hope Mills moves closer to term changes for mayor, commissioners
HOPE MILLS – The Hope Mills Board of Commissioners moved closer Monday night to asking voters to change the terms of the mayor and commissioners from two to four years.After a public hearing, the board voted 4-0 to instruct Dan Hartzog Jr., the town attorney, to draft a resolution placing the question on the November ballot.
