High Point man, registered sex offender, arrested on Fayetteville middle school campus
A registered sex offender was arrested Thursday after he was found on the campus of Westover Middle School, according to arrest documents in the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.Mark Anthony Andrew Adams, 58, of High Point, was charged with violating the sex offender registry guidelines by going onto a protected premises.
