Harnett County Animal Shelter at capacity; adopters sought
LILLINGTON — The Harnett County Animal Shelter is at capacity and urgently needs people to adopt.More than 50 dogs came into the shelter as the result of two large cruelty and neglect cases, said Eileen Beeson, shelter manager and rescue coordinator.There are more than 100 animals at the shelter as of Thursday, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits and ducks, Beeson said in a news release.
