Handcuffed felon escapes Fayetteville police in downtown
A handcuffed man escaped from a Fayetteville police officer around 3 a.m. this morning outside the Cumberland County Detention Center in downtown.Martavious Ahmad Tyson, 23, was pulled over in the Pamalee Drive area, according to the Police Department.
