Festival Park Plaza building getting new tenants
ERA Strother Real Estate has announced that it will be moving its flagship Fayetteville sales office along with four other businesses to the long-troubled Festival Park Plaza building on Ray Avenue, bringing up to 100 jobs to the downtown area in the process.The city has long struggled to find and retain tenants in the building and put it up for sale years ago.
