Fayetteville police make arrest in 2006 sexual assault case
An arrest was made todayin a cold case sexual assault, Fayetteville police said.Mark Uriah Spraggins, 36, of the 500 block of Mount Gilead Drive in Fayetteville, is charged with statutory rape and taking indecent liberties with a child, a police release said.The alleged incident happened in October 2006.
