Evidence shows coalition attacks on Syria's Raqqa broke law: Amnesty
BEIRUT (Reuters) – There is evidence that attacks by the U.S.-led coalition against Islamic State in the Syrian city of Raqqa last year broke international law by endangering the lives of civilians, human rights group Amnesty International said on Tuesday.
