Dump truck driver cited in wreck that closed I-95 for several hours
FALCON — A dump truck driver who forgot to lower the truck bed before going under a bridge on Interstate 95 near Godwin-Falcon Road on Wednesday was cited for a vehicle height violation, the Highway Patrol said.Kelcey Maurice Thompson, 38, was driving the truck that was registered to Stratcon Contracting Corp. of Raleigh, according to a report filed by Trooper N.M.
