Children, adult 'flashed' in parking lot of Fayetteville Walmart
A Fayetteville man is accused of exposing himself to two children and an adult in the parking lot of the Walmart at 1550 Skibo Road, according to an arrest warrant in the Cumberland County Magistrate’s Office.Jose Elias Gonzalez Ramirez, 27, of the 800 block of Calvin Circle, was charged Wednesday with two felony counts of indecent exposure to a person under the age of 16 and one misdemeanor count of indecent exposure.The incident happened May 18, the warrant said.
