Chemours told to keep GenX out of air, groundwater
RALEIGH — The N.C. Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) filed a proposed court order Monday in Bladen County that would require the Chemours Co. to reduce air emissions and address contamination caused by GenX around the Fayetteville Works plant.
