Benson man indicted on a charge of second-degree murder
LILLINGTON — The Harnett County grand jury indicted a Benson man this week on a charge of second-degree murder in a fatal wreck that happened in October on U.S. 401.Curtis Devonn Harris, 34, of Ennis Road, is now charged in the death of Kevin Michael Mroczko, 37, of Linden, according an arrest report from the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office.
