Amber Alert canceled, 7-month-old girl found safe
DANVILLE, VIRGINIA — Police in Danville, Virginia confirmed Tuesday that 7-month-old Emma Kennedy has been found safe, WRAL reports.Emma was found safe in Randolph County, North Carolina, and her father, Carl Ray Kennedy, has been arrested.
