2nd man accused of stealing rental checks in Fayetteville arrested
A man wanted for stealing more than $67,000 in rental payments from offices of multiple apartment complexes in Fayetteville was arrested Monday.Duanis Rodriguez-Rodriguez, 32, of Miami, is charged with 128 counts of larceny of chose in action, 17 counts of breaking and entering and one count each of obtaining property by false pretense and conspiracy, a Fayetteville police news release said.The payments were taken between March 2-7, Fayetteville police said.
