ABERDEEN —A 16-year-old driver led lawmen on a 17-mile high-speed chase on N.C. 211 from Raeford to Aberdeen early Thursday morning before crashing through a guardrail and into a tree at the U.S. 15-501 intersection.Ditereal L.
