Woman charged with DUI after hitting, killing 4-year-old in Pembroke
LUMBERTON — A 4-year-old Robeson County boy was killed Tuesday in a Pembroke parking lot after being hit by an impaired driver, the Highway Patrol said.It happened at 3:26 p.m. at the Country Tobacco Oasis store at 2791 Prospect Road, less than a half-mile east of N.C. 710 and three miles north of the Pembroke town limits, according to a report filed by Trooper C.B.
