Smell of pot leads police to barber shop parking lot
RAEFORD — Police arrested three people last week after an anonymous report of a marijuana smell coming from a vehicle parked behind a barber shop.Raeford police said officers who responded to the call Wednesday found two vehicles behind the shop on Oakwood Avenue.
