Second arrest made in Spring Lake shooting
A second man has been charged with first-degree murder in the May 1 shooting death of Winfred Alfonza Worthy, Spring Lake Police said Friday night in a news release.Theodore Lee Jr., 27, is in the Wayne County Detention Center in Goldsboro on unrelated charges for attempted first-degree murder and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, the release said.
