Police seek woman accused of kidnapping 3-year-old from home
BURLINGTON — A woman was charged with felony child abduction after she took a 3-year-old child from a Burlington home Wednesday, police say. Brittany Ann Massey, 28, for whom no address was given, had not been located or arrested as of early Thursday morning.
