Dallas—A Dallas Police officer was pinned to his vehicle when a high-speed chase turned violent Monday night.Police attempted to stop Eric Lee Burgess Jr., 40, around 5:30 p.m. after noticing his registration wasn’t current. But Burgess refused to pull over, according to Dallas Police Chief R.A.
