Mother pleads guilty in fiery crash that killed baby
WILMINGTON – A New Hanover County mother will spend a minimum of 10 years in prison after pleading guilty Monday to three felonies related to a fiery crash that claimed the life of her 13-month-old son. Melissa Ann Henderson, 30, pleaded guilty to reckless child endangerment inflicting serious injury, death by motor vehicle and serious injury by motor vehicle.
