CARTHAGE — A former Moore County sheriff’s deputy charged with assault on a female Thursday and terminated from the Sheriff’s Office was arrested again Friday night.Tevin Martinez Caddell, 26, of N.C. 705 in Robbins, was arrested after he failed to turn over one of his personal firearms as part of a domestic violence protection order filed the previous day.
