Stanly — Stanley Police are on the lookout for a man accused of spying on a boy in a park restroom.The incident occurred Saturday at Harper Park, and involved a man police say is 34-year-old Lowell resident Christopher Hayes.Gabe Taylor was at the park to coach youth baseball when he says he heard a 10-year-old boy running out of the bathroom and screaming that a man had inappropriately photographed him inside.
