Iran's Rouhani criticizes ban on Telegram messaging app
DUBAI (Reuters) – Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has criticized the ban imposed on popular messaging app Telegram by the conservative-run judiciary, saying the move was “the opposite of democracy”.
