GM Rutherford plans to upgrade Penguins' roster
While the Penguins contemplate their Stanley Cup run — which came to an end Monday against the Capitals — general manager Jim Rutherford is thinking ahead to the roster changes he envisions making in an attempt to get the team back to the finals.
