STEDMAN —  An elementary school was put on lock-down Tuesday morning after a driver fled from his vehicle after it was stopped, the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office said.A deputy attempted to stop a driver on N.C. 24 in the area between Fred Hall and Clinton roads, said Lt.
