County checks on mobile home park with no water
Cumberland County officials went Friday to a mobile home park near Spring Lake to assist roughly 50 people who have been living there without running water for more than a week.The Garden Grove mobile home park has been without water since May 11, when the town of Spring Lake shut the lines off after the owner failed to pay a water bill that has ballooned to about $60,000 because of leaks in the park’s system.Residents of Garden Grove, off West Manchester Road, said […]
