Broadway man accused of statutory rape
LILLINGTON — A Broadway man is accused of having sex with a minor on multiple occasions, according to an arrest report from the Harnett County Sheriff’s Office.Joseph Carl O’Shields, 29, of the 800 block of Cameron Road, was charged Thursday with 15 counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor, six counts of statutory rape of a child under 16, three counts of statutory sex offense and one count of soliciting a child by computer for sex.The incident were reported to […]
