Army major accused of rape, Aberdeen police say
ABERDEEN — An Army major stationed at Fort Bragg has been accused of second-degree forcible rape in Moore County, according to law enforcement.The Aberdeen Police Department charged Michael Andrew Parks, 37, of Pinecrest Court Drive on Wednesday.Police believe the incident occurred Friday at a home in Aberdeen, after Parks had given the person a ride home.Bail was set at $200,000. He is scheduled date to appear in court May 22.
