The 82nd Airborne Division will rededicate its Global War on Terror Memorial today with the names of four paratroopers killed in the last year as it honors its fallen in an annual memorial ceremony.Sgt. Roshain Brooks and Spc. Allen Stigler, who died in Iraq on Aug. 13, and Spc. Christopher Harris and Sgt.
