4 charged after Fayetteville police search residence, find drugs and guns
Four people were arrested after Fayetteville police searched a home Monday and found drugs and firearms.The search was done on the 4500 block of Sterling Street, off Ireland Drive, by members of the Cross Creek District Community Empowerment Team, according to a police release.Officers found about a half-pound of cocaine, unspecified amounts of heroin and marijuana as well as an ounce of fentanyl, a potentially deadly painkiller.
