Unchain Cumberland County seeks donations of kennels, chain link panels
Unchain Cumberland County, a nonprofit organization founded in 2008 to encourage an anti-tethering ordinance for Cumberland County, is asking for donations of unwanted kennels or chain link panels.A tax credit will be given for any donation.The group’s aim is to prevent dogs from being surrendered to the shelters by helping those who are still chaining their dogs but who cannot afford fencing or kennels.It is unlawful to tether dogs in Cumberland County.For more […]
