LUMBERTON — Two Lumberton teens have been arrested in the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old left lying on Roberts Avenue on April 14, police said.GeQuan Cornish, 19, of Warwick Mill Road, and Byren Ah’mar Stephens, 16, of Barker Street, are charged with one count each of first-degree murder.They are accused of shooting Keithan Khalil Lynch, of Gough Street in Lumberton.
