Suspect's bail increased to $250,000
Bail for a man accused of robbing a woman of her car in the parking lot of Cape Fear Valley Medical Center earlier this week was increased Thursday in District Court at the request of prosecutors.Judge Cherie Siler-Mack raised Edward Eugene Elliott’s bail from $50,000 to $250,000 at his first-appearance hearing.
