Sheriff's deputy, man involved in serious crash
Lexington — An elderly man and a Davidson County Sheriff’s Office deputy had to be airlifted to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem Tuesday morning after a collision near the intersection of Homer Street and Old U.S. Highway 52, according to North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
