A man could face federal charges for allegedly trafficking marijuana from Cleveland County to Charlotte.Donovan Labryant Gidney is charged with two counts of trafficking marijuana, and more charges are forthcoming, according to Cleveland County Sheriff Alan Norman.The 27-year-old Shelby man was arrested Wednesday night.
