Carriage Rides for Cinco de Mayo: The Cool Spring Downtown District will offer carriage rides on Saturday from 1 to 8 p.m. Shops, restaurants and breweries downtown will help celebrate Cinco de Mayo, too. Each ride with “EL Caballero” in his decorated, horse-drawn carriage will last about 15 minutes.
