NC man charged with murder in heroin overdose death
MANTEO, N.C. — A North Carolina man remains behind bars, charged with murder in the death of a man killed by a heroin overdose. Dare County officials said Sunday that 32-year-old Tyrique Lazara Wise remains behind bars on a $550,000 bond. He faces charges of second-degree murder and related drug crimes.Detention center officials didn’t know if Wise has an attorney.
